Bottle; clear yellow with medium white head; aroma-grain, hay, floral; taste-light sweetness, not bitter, light body, thin feel, soft carbonation. I really don’t get that much hops so I am so sure why we call this a Kölsch.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish fruity aroma, some sourness and spiciness, yest. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, spiciness, some sourness and roasted malt. Finish is short to average, malty and dryish, some sourness and roasted malt. Dryish brew with some sourness and spiciness.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2010 Bottle aboard the NCL Pride of America. The beer is a slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes quickly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Doughy malt and fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and mild hops. The finish is clean and fruity with a grainy aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Gold with creamy white head and lace. Clove and bread. Cloveish, bread, and light malt. Thin with good body very light bitter. decent beer.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is malt and fruity. Flavour is sweet malt, light bitter and citrus hop.

Bottle. Pours a clear, light amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is hops with citrus and fruit. The flavor is malt and hops with citrus and weak fruit. The palate is weak with bitterness. Overall an average beer.

Bottle @ J.C.G US Tasting , Pt 2. Pours clear golden with a small white head and lacings. Nose is exotic fruit and yeast. Taste is dry and grassy. Medium bodied. Ends dry.

Dark golden ith a lasting hite head. Perfumed floral and herbal hoppy aroma. Sweetish malt flavour with spicy and herbal hops
