Kolsch? This is a first. Vibrant beer with an off colour of dull gold with a red hue. Reminds me in appearance of both Ayinger’s Ur-weisse and the Deschutes Hop Trip. Apple cider looking...Aroma is similar to those but does not quite hold up. The taste is also similar but not nearly as sweet or fruity. Not bad.

Jun 19, 2008 Nothing special about this brew. MIld in flavor and aroma. Light body makes it nice and refreshing. Not much else to say about it.

May 4, 2008 Hmm a Kolsch huh? Never had one before. Very interesting style of beer, I really need to get after it and try out a few more before I know whats going on around here. As far as this beer goes, you could give it to me anytime and Ill be happy, but I dont think Im going to be tracking it down anytime soon. Super tasty, nonetheless.

Apr 29, 2008 Draft. Golden body, small white head, sort of lightly malty nose. Light flavors, slight ale sweetness.

Aroma – Nice malty aroma. Nice beer aroma.
Appearance – Light Yellow color, Nice white head and clear.
Flavor – This was a nice beer for the day. The beer was light in flavor.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, a good dry finish.
Overall – This was a great beer for after working on the yard. The beer was light and easy to drink.
