Bottle. Amber, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and caramel sweetish aroma, light roasted malt. Medium, malty and caramel sweetish flavor, light roasted malt. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light roasted malt and light hoppyness. OK lightly sweetish dunkel - nothing special though.

Brown body off white head. Aroma has some dark malt and some sweetness. Quite easy and dull.

Röstmalzig und leicht hopfig im Antrunk, im Nachgeschmack wiederum röstmalzig, dazwischen wässrig. Sonst gibt es nicht viel zu entdecken, dieses Bier ist wirklich langweilig.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Deep rubiyish amber colour with a small head. Aroma is roasted malts, some dark dry fruits, chocolate, quite bready and also some mild notes of diacetyl. Flavour is quite much the same. Pleasant and refreshing dunkel.

6- Mashy, but some roast and a touch of husk. Diacetyl too.
4 Rich red, brief head.
6- Very simple. Mashy, grainy, and again some bitterness.
4- Full smooth palate. Finish has some choco, but also some dry noble hops and husks. Definitely better after swallowing.
12 In the end, it’s quite a full and tasty beer. Particularly like the finish.

The beer in glass is reddish brown, copper-like, with good, mid-cut, durable and fine creamy head. Smells sweet malty, subtle bready. The beer starts very sweet, malty, roasty and extremely pleasant bready. The aftertaste is also long drawn bready, with some grain coming through, coupled with a subtle roasted notes. In the middle part, some hoppy notes come through, but the finish is again very dominant bready and grainy-sweet. Overall a good, pleasant and full-flavored Dunkles!

(bottle) Clear, amber to copper colour with a big but non persistent light-beige foamy head. Slightly sweet toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel and chocolate. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Solid toasty malt-character with caramel, a whiff of cacao and herbal accents; almost dry moderately toasty and hop bitter finish. Good one. 30.XI.10

Bottled. An amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of nuts, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.
