Bottle 500ml.

Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate to light heavy yeasty, sweet yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long to average duration, yeasty, phenol, fruity, light banana. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130104]

0.5 l bottle (7.0 %) at Timo A’s. Hazy yellow brown color. Thick sweet ripe banana aroma with clove and graininess in the background. Taste of ripe banana and grainy wheat with some clove and fruity winegums. Full body fizzy palate, heavy to drink.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Fruity aroma. Full-bodied, lively carbonation, yeasty and wehaty with fruity accents, mainly banana.

Bottle @ Late Night Fonefan/Brugmansia Tasting, January 2013. Pours muddy golden with a small off white head. Yeast, banana and wheat. Lively, fizzy spritzy carbonation. A bit thin.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Heavy yeast and phenols in the nose. Medium body, very yeasty and phenollic with a harsh hoppy finish. Very poor. 040113

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and light spiced. Wheaty. Dry, malty and wheaty. Bitter and dry phenolic.

(Flasche) Es hat eine dunkle getreidig gelbe Farbe, ist hefetrüb mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist malzig mit karamell und einer starken bananigen Note. Der Geschmack ist fast sirupartig süß mit einer kräutrigen Note und retronasal kommt die Banane wieder durch. Dei Karbonisierung ist etwas zu stark.

(bottle) pours a murky golden-amber colour with a frothy white head. aroma of banana and vanilla, herbal hops, cheesecake, quite spicy and a touch medicinal, with a hint of pepper. flavour is mostly the same, medicinal herbs and black pepper, with some heavy notes of peaches and caramel, very sweet and slightly alcoholic. heavy-bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Dark yellow body, white head. Aroma is more spicy and alcoholic than bananas or fruits. Full bodied and heavily carbonated. Flavour has hint of alcohol bananas. Nice but heavier than usual weizenbocks.

Bottle 50cl. Wonderful old-fashioned label with tricky "flag" on top. Appetizing apparition. Sticky mouthfeel but good carbonized to make it though refreshing. Yeasty, malty, a bit earthy in the finish. Absolutely great!
