Sehr schöne rotbraune Farbe im Glas. Netraler, leicht dunkelmalziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist malzig-süßlich, etwas laff. Zum Hauptteil wird das Bier ein Bisschen voller, aber es bleibt immer noch etwas im malzig-süßlich-wässrigen hängen! Hat ein Bisschen was von alkoholischen Malzbier – nicht so süß, aber der Grundton stimmt überein! Zum Nachgeschmack kommt eine ganz leichte herbe Notemit ins Spiel, die aber leider ziemlich schnell wieder verfliegt. Der Nachgeschmack ist ein ganz klein wenig röstmalzig-trocken, bleibt aber leider nicht allzulange auf der Zunge. Schade. --> Nettes Winterbier, aber insgesamt etwas Ausdrucksschwach mit leckeren Ansätzen! (Test vom 17.2.2009) --> 12,11,12,12,12,11 - 11,45
