12 oz bottle This was a big disappointment. The beer poured a cloudy gold some initial head that disappeared. There were suspended partlcles in the beer. I transalated the German to English. The grain is oldest grain that all grain cmes from. The beer was rather bland. There is a vegatable taste to this beer. There was very little carbonation. This not a beer I would recommend.

Pours slightly hazy with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, biscuit, grain, cooked vegetables and grass. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Aroma is rather light with some grainy malt, hints of vegetables and grassy hops. Thin palate. Flavour is somewhat sweet with grainy malt and some grassy hops. Flat and boring.

Flaske fra Polet. I en blindtest ville jeg hatt problemer med å skille denne fra en pils litt over gjennomsnittet, kanskje litt syrligere. Lite skum men ganske frisk i smaken. Ikke verdt ett nytt forsøk.

Bottle at home. Has a very cloudy grainy colour with a very small off-white head. Fruity aromas of apple, lots of pale malt, hay, grains and sweet corn. Reminds me a bit of a pilsener. Light sweet flavours of hay, sweet corn, grains and some spices. Soft and slick mouthfeel, and light bitter. An interesting beer, but nothing very special. A decent fresh beer.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2013 Don’t know about all the biodynamic-ness of the beer as far as what that adds, but this is tasty. Very remininscent of a berlinerweisse with slightly cloudy straw coloring and persistent head. Very lemony citrus and highly refreshing...however, clocks in at $19/6er! >>>Rerate...bumping this up. Bottle from same batch....bottle says best before 6/2012, but I think this has improved. Becoming a nice sour...funky lemon citrus nose that gets more horsey as it warms. Tart lemon flavors on wheaty base. Just amplified version of the one tried previously.

Alright. Campfire beer while fanning wood. Wish it was higher alcohol so it could help me light this fire. Bottle from Central Market in Burlington.

My Bottom Line :
Chick peas and light sugars swirl around this brew’s subdued hop presence. This is either not fresh at all, or just poorly executed.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-A ring of foam surrounds the misty blond.
-Leafy hops are an afterthought.
-DMS in the nose is overwhelming.
-Drinkability is considerably reduced because of the foul aroma.
-Body could be drier.

Hazy, light yellow body with an amber tint and a large, creamy head that collapses quite quickly, good lacing. Boring, faint, lager-like sweet malty aroma. Where’s the wheat? Light to moderate sweetness, some acidity and a light bitter short finish. The flavours are as faint as the aroma, with some spicy hints, faint grains and citrus. Not too bad, but quite boring.

Bottle: Ok, this rating is not fair, as the Bier Imperium sold me a bottle which best before date expired 2 months ago. Aroma and flavor is full of acid, milk sourness and vinegar. Some dry bitterness in the end. I have to rate this again soon.
