Clear dark amber color, small off-white head. Perfumic, woody-nutty and caramelly aroma. Nutty, bitterish with oily, dry palate. Overall a bit caramelly and grassy. Listed dunkel here closer to Vienna-style. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 10, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear nut brown, small head. Lightly roasty nose. Sweetish with much cleaner mouthfeel than their zwickel. The flavours doesn’t come out as well as in the unfiltered version. Slight metallic flavour. The perfumy roastiness is here restrained, Even though the two spring from the same base beer the different is vast from a consumer’s point of view. oh6gdx (5903), Vaasa, Finland Jul 11, 2008 Bottled.
