brugmanneke (283) - GERMANY - AUG 24, 2011
(bottle) Clear, amber color. Malty, bread-like, barnyard smell and aroma. A caramel touch as well. Taste is rather bitter - more than I expected, given that I do not sense any grassy, floral, citrus or herb aroma from the hops. I find it quite thin as well. I like bitterness in beer, but there is not enough aroma to go with it. Not from aroma hops, and not from the malts either. Overall drinkable, but not very interesting to me.

Dedollewaitor (14486) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2011
Bottle from Bamberg. Pours cloudy golden amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Bread, caramel, grass and grain. Very malty- and smooth. It’s sweet - yet still quite refreshing. A vague note of butterscotch - still quite pleasant!

Test vom 8.7.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,7,8,7,7,7 - 7,45

Fin (8177) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 8, 2011
Bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge, 3rd June consumed 5th June 2011 Pours mid brown with white rim. Quite soft in the mouth, touch sweet, malty, bit of biscuit, touch disappointing if I’m being honest, thought it was going to shine more than it did. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov12 3.2

Grima (2176) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - MAY 18, 2011
Beautiful ruby red color with a slight haze. Smells malty bitter with a slightly roasted aroma.Starts with a fantastic balance of roasted malt flavor, mild bitterness and a pleasant sweet taste.Sweet-caramelly aftertaste, with hints of roasted malts and some nut aromas. The further course is caramelly-sweet, with massive malt body, paired with a delicious sweet aroma. Totally amazing!!!
