SB (287), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 8, 2007 Bottle. Poured light, cloudy orange. Nice Foamy 1-inch thick white head. Nice lacing left on the glass. Aroma of apricot. Flavor was was the same...all apricot, some malt. Carbonation was good. Medium mouthfeel. Very sugary, didn’t feel like I was drinking beer. Best chilled, not to good warm.
Enjoyit (1068), Vadum, Denmark Jul 4, 2008 Golden of color with a small white head. An aroma with notes of sweets, apricot and sour notes. A flavor of apricot, peach, sweets and sour notes. mgermani (553), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Jun 22, 2008 Pours a clear dull gold with a nice small head & some lacing, and a sweet apricot aroma. Tastes of sweet apples & apricots, very nice! Bit of a sourish finish. Creamy body with good carbonation. Very quaffable. CapnCascade (28), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada May 22, 2008 Pours clear golden, plenty of bubbles and a rich white head. Nose has subtle notes of apricot but mostly sugar cane and wild yeast. Very nice flavor with plenty of apricot sweetness balanced by the sourness of the wild yeast (could have erred on the sourer side, but this is nice). Body is light, plenty of effervescence, really quite pleasant. Overall a very pleasant lambic--and from Britain no less! bweezy (49), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada May 18, 2008 Poured golden colour. Very small, fizzy head. Aroma was fruity, heavy on the apricot (not surprisingly). Nice sweet taste with some bitterness, nicely balanced. Loved it. tarjei (941), Bryne, Norway May 10, 2008 355 ml bottle at my small outdoor tasting together with Kjetil B., Roger and Asgeir - bought in Cardiff by Kjetil B. Clear golden color, moderate white head. Aroma is apricot, and it has some acidicity. Flavor is sweet apricot, with a very balancing sourness. Could have been awfull, but the sourness makes this a very drinkable beer.
