COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

A really nice beer> kind of like a weaker version of New glarus belgian Red. Glowing crimson colour. Sweet fleshy cherry flavour, with a lovely tart edge. syruppy and sweet at times, but never cloying. Nice refreshing tartness, some earthy stink happening, i liked it, enjoyable.

Restrained cherry aroma of cough drops, sweet cordial. Emphatic grenadine red, pink-white head. Beautiful flavor, sweet front, sour/tart finish. Tang on tongue, though some medicinal quality might be a focus of some criticism. But for me, it is an elixir, looking like a potion you would find in a Lord of the Rings movie. Refreshing!

Deep red color with a light pink head. Aroma and taste absolutely delightful. Reminded me of cherry coughdrops.

Deep red, clear; pink light head, irregular. Hard cherry-sweets nose; background aroma of red fruit. Quite sweet taste, artificial-fruity, but as in the nose, there is a background flavour talking of better and truer things. Lemony finish, or not-quite ripe raspberry. Refreshing, quite good fruity body. Long sourish, nearly tart aftertaste, but the artificial overlying flavour won't get away neither. D*mn. They're close. Just this horrible cherry 'juice' (read: watered concentrate). Why not just real cherries? I'm told the 'lambic' is quite OK. Mind you, a lot of Belgian commercial krieks are much worse.

Deep cherry red , purple pink thin head and good condition. Cherry essence nose, but lacking the almond notes you get from the stones and little suggestion af lambic qualities. Overwhelmingly sweet cherry flavours with a slight sour note and a dry finish with a tart edge. Too sweet and artificial, with any lambic characteristics being lost.
