| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jan 17, 2008 Clear ruby red with a bubbly pink froth that suprises with scant lace. The aroma is exactly that of a red cherry lollipop. This smells like candy-- not a good start for me. The palate is a little more complex with a slightly medicinal cherry flavour, very faint musty yeast, and a weakly tart finish. But you really have to hunt for anything beyond the artificial cherry candiness which is just too sweet in the end. mmmbeer (766), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 4, 2008 Bottle poured into flute- poured semi transparent dark ruby red, foamy and bubbly light pink-white dissolved very slowly. Aroma of dark cherries, with notes of yeast and malt. Hits the mouth with a thin body, tart cherries, sourness throughout. Very delightful. Maria (6345), Thisted, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 22, 2007 The color is beautifully dark red and the creamy head is pink. The aroma is just like cherries and the flavour has a nice berry acidity and loads of cherries, cherry stones and marzipan. A truly nice cherry lambic! 2032 Dedollewaitor (3783), Odense, Denmark

Very candy like. Good lacings. Very sweet flavor - rather one dimesional. Very drinkable! thewolf (5838), Kolding, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 15, 2007 Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a pretty deep metallic red with a mdeium creamy pink head. Aroma has lots of sweet cherry and a branyard like feel to it with some yeastiness. Nice mouthfeel. Round flavour with light tartness and a good dose of fruity sweetness. Quite dry and sticks to my teeth. A good dose sweeter than the apricot version (which I’d prefer). This is still nice, and we’ll buy this as our welcoming drink for New Years! | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 7, 2007 Doughy cough syrup aroma. Good throwback bottle, winey-brown beer with a khaki-pink head. Interesting bubble-frosting on the inside of my tulip glass. Sour, moderately astringent, some mouldering yeasty undertones. Medium-heavy sweetness, cherries all over the place. Traces of fresh celery. Tangy finish, slightly heavier than medium body, metallic cranberry on the lips, alcohol vapors in the back palate. An interesting dessert beer, but one is enough. This might make an interesting injection to a turkey or pork roast. Picked this one up on clearance for $1.89 -- I’m glad that I didn’t pay more. kimcgolf (835), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 2/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Nov 25, 2007 This was hard to rate, because it hardly resembles beer in any way. That being said, pours to a dark cherry color with thin pink head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a very strong and pleasant cherry, and the mouthfeel is full of carbonation. Flavor follows the nose perfectly, with a blast of cherry that is sweet, yet not sickening. Finsih is again sweet, but not too much. If I had not poured this myself, I could would have thought it was a cherry cola, especially since the 3.4% abv keeps itself well hidden.
Not what I would consider a "beer", but a truly enjoyable drink. FrankJohansen (3398), Århus-Randers Crew, Denmark
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Nov 10, 2007 Bottle. Reddish colour with a small pinkish head. Rich cherry aroma and taste. Sweet sweet. Too much sugar added in this one.
