Mar 3, 2006 Bottled. Wheat and banana aroma. Cloudy yellow, off-white head, good lace, beer exploded however on opening and getting a downpoint on that. Light sweet, light bitter, banana, some veggies, more bitter in the finish. Medium body, little dry bitter feeling.

Aug 31, 2005 Bottle, bought at the brewery. Clove and banana in the aroma. Good mix of fruit and some herbalness in the flavor. Hints of boiled milk. Lively and friendly hefeweizen.
