COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottles 33cl, a clear yellow beer with no head and low carbonation. Nose is on corn sugar and smoked notes. Aroma is on smoked malt, sweet, nutty, light honey notes. Strange to have associated smoked malt with chouchen. Not bad bit too sweet and low body, less complex.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate sweet malt - cornish, smoke, honey. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, smoke, sweet honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130104]

bottle from either Village de la Bière or saveur-biere. Deep golden colour, small white head. Beery background with a sweetness of honey that is not overpowering. Nicer than expected, but not as good as some of the delicious Polish honey beers.

Light blond color, fine perlage. Delicate and nice aroma, with both hop and honey. Dryish mouthfeel, no sweetness (as if every sugar has been fermented) with a nice and original flavor; some malt and a earthy flavor, like some farmhouse cheese, fermented hay. Very strange, curious, not bad, but too dry.
