Bottled Phare West Tranche sur Mer 11/08/14. A slightly hazy blonde coloured beer with off white puddles of head. Hints of spice and lemony notes. It’s quite bland and ordinary. Just OK.

Bottle, 75cL. Home. A pale yellow cloudy beer a thin medium white head. Poor persistence. Fruity aroma (lemon, orange), coriander and other spices. Medium refreshing bitter, light sweet. Medium body and texture, average carbonation, dry bitter finish. Overall, a good white beer. Nothing special, except maybe a pleasant spicy aroma.

[ Trade by jaghana ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeast, coriander, spicy, light flowers - elderflowers ! Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, coriander, fresh, fruity tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy. Looks flat but feels fizzy !! [20121116]

Bottle 3cl in a the Illkirch whiskey shop. A cloudy pale ale with nice head. Smell is on agrumes. Aroma is quite fruity, body is low a bit acid. A basic witt beer very spicy but dry, not the best in the category.
