Milder Antrunk, das vorherrschende Aroma ist würzig-süß. Das Bier wird hopfiger, die dezente Süße bleibt. Nach und nach wird das Bier herber und malziger, der Wandel findet schleichend statt. Herb-hopfiger Abgang. Trinkbares Bier. Test vom 11.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,9,9,10,8,9 - 9,30

Draught@Angleterre, Helsinki. Pale golden color, thin white head. Fairly sweet malty flavor with a fruity finish, lingering background hops. Medium body, medium carbonation. Pretty basic, but drinkable.

Clear pale golden colour with tiny white head. Malt, bread, some herbs and mild alcohol in aroma. Grainy malty, fruity bitterish hops, berries and herbs in flavour. Tastes even stronger than 5.7%. Not my favourite Märzen.

Draught@William K, Helsinki. Poured clear golden color with a white head. Bready, malty aroma. Sweet malty flavor, herbal notes. Long slightly sweet finish.

(Draught at Kuikka) Poured golden and clear. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma was grassy and herbal. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, fruitiness, hint of sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter.

Draught at Bierhuis Rotterdam, Helsinki. Golden color. Firm malty with honey, grainy malt husks and hint of lemon. Good maltiness but I would like to taste something else too.

0.5 l bottle. Pours a golden colour, a whipped creamy and frothy head, carbonation’s lively. Smell of nuts and yeast, the taste is sweet. The start’s crisp, flavour’s malty/bready, the middle is of grassy hops, nuts and yeast. The finish is citric, spicy and dry. Good one.

Poured clear golden with a medium foamy white head. Malty and buttery caramel in the nose. Mild mouthfeel with bready malt, caramel and sourish yeast, some fruity character. Well balanced, better than the average lagers.

bottle. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Fruity and malty, slightly hoppy. Well-balanced but a bit boring.

Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a weak head. Sweet aroma of malt, grain and little yeasty. Also flavour of fruit with notes of malt, grain and yeast.
