COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. 11.8P

Bottle 0,33l. Golden colour. A large white head. Some malty flavour. A sourish bitter aftertaste.

Three 330ml bottles at Kaffebønna - a new italian coffee place in Tromsø - Amber colour. Malty aroma. Caramel flavour. Slightly hints of hops and bitterness. Alright, but most of the flavour is killed by too lively carbonation.

stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2006
Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours deep clear golden with a white head. Aroma of sweet malts and slight roast. Flavor is sweet, slight roasted notes, slight bittering hops, and slightly nutty. Thin body, drinkable.

Pours a copper bronze with a thin wispy white head. Dry toasty nutty and buttery aroma. Starts with a sweet toasty caramel maltiness turning more dry and mildly earthy. An ok amber, but could be more balanced and have less diacetyl.

Bottled. Copperish colour with mediumsized head. Aroma of dark bread, maize and malts. Flavour is sweet malty and maizeish. Palate is ok, not as watery as many other Italians sampled at this occasion. Fancy bottle here again, and actually the content was not too bad.

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2006
Amber colour. Aroma with hints of nuts and toffee but also strangely acidic. Flavour is pleasant enough but not at all interesting. The store claims this is "the world’s best beer" - have you ever heard anything this ridiculous?

Bottled (BB 02/2007)
Dark honey amber color, good beige head, lace. Ryeish malty aroma with woody notes. Light-bodied, grassy hoppy flavor with hints of sweetness (diacetyl?). Not very stylish Vienna. Boring.

Bottled. Dark golden in colour, white head, lacings. It has an aaoma of corn. The flavour is hoppy and there is some corn present. It has a dry aftertaste. Thanks to Dorqui for this beer!

GreatLibations (1854) - Last Supper, Arizona, USA - JAN 26, 2006
UPDATED: JUN 7, 2007 Pours copper w/ a full, semi creamy froth. Good head retention w/ some sticky lacing. Aromas of malted iron. Medium nectar w/ mellow residual effers. This brew is so drinkable. It’s crisp and refreshing upfront w/ bright malts and brisk cocoa caramel. The hop profile is mild and very palatable. Mid palate retians flavors well and passes them along gently. The finish lingers w/ the caramel and has a fresh, crisp bittering component. Highly recommended.

larsga (6146) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 14, 2006
Huge, creamy, white head over light brown (amber, perhaps?) body. Sweet, malty, grainy aroma with notes of straw and fruitiness. Taste is mostly straw, with very sweet, fruity malts behind it, and a bitter aftertaste with some spice in it. Mouthfeel slightly watery. Definitely a decent beer, but not very exciting.
