A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. 11.8P

Samples from 660 ml bottles. Clear, golden-amber colour with a big, white head. Sweet aroma with caramel and bread malts, some floral hops. Taste is sweet. Medium body, light to creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet with caramel, a note of toasted malts. Decent Vienna.

11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours dark amber, clear with a small white head not too much lacing. Aroma is of caramel from malts and some yeast, very bready. Taste is also quite sweet (caramel), mixed with some grain and a slight bitterness from hops. Actually not that bad... Granted not great but very drinkable beer...

Pours a light amber with medium carbonation and a frothy head. Aromas of light caramel, slight fruity hop, light hay. Flavors of toffee, light hay, slight grass. Light in every way. Leaves just a light grain aftertaste. Lightly sweet.

Nearly clear, brown/amber with a short oatmeal head. Malty, bready aroma....caramel. Taste is slightly honeyed, caramel malt, a little peppery spice. Almost a yeasty aspect....slight bitter. Not bad.

2/11/13. 330mL bottle from... I’m not 100% sure where. It’s just one of the many ticks in my fridge lost among so many others. I’m thinking Warehouse in Albany, GA. Light caramel, hay, straw, meat drippings, grass, and adjunct sweetness in the aroma. The flavor is lightly sweet with caramel, more of that grassy hay aspect, some biscuit, a touch of metal, and a hint of lingering yeast. Eh.

Bottle @ Bella Italia, Sønderborg. Pours clear dark amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and malt with a flowery note. Bitter, hoppy taste, offset by the mild sweetness of malt and some fruit. Dryish aftertaste. Not bad, but nothing revolutionary.

330ml bottle my wife picked up in Costa Rica
Appearance: Pours clear brown/amber with a mediums sized off-white head and good lacing
Aroma: Mild aroma of toasted malts, bisquity and floral
Taste: Malts, caramel, dark fruit, dusty, finishes with a mild bitterness
A nice surprise, this was a decent beer.
