A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. 11.8P

11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours dark amber, clear with a small white head not too much lacing. Aroma is of caramel from malts and some yeast, very bready. Taste is also quite sweet (caramel), mixed with some grain and a slight bitterness from hops. Actually not that bad... Granted not great but very drinkable beer...

Apr. ’15. A 0.5 l bottle from Ivana Trgovina shop, Split. It poured a clear red amber body with medium sized head. Lightly metallic caramel and other toasted malt aroma. Flavor was lightly sweet, caramel-driven, too, Medium bodied, sticky on palate with fine, elegant and only lightly smooth caramel finish. Somehow reminded me of my Genoa trip, maybe to "Rossa" beers there. Not spectacular, but a decent macro anyhow.

Elle reste fraiche et légère en bouche. L’ amertume ne m’est pas trop agréable. Bonne réussite quand même.

Reddish with white head. Amber malty and earthy taste. Kind of gross. Bottle poured with dally at a restaraunt. Not sure where I am

Pours a clear amber color, topped with a fine off-white foamy head. Malty aroma with some caramel and bready notes. Taste sweet and mildly malty with some caramel notes. Some bittery feel in the finish. Nicely drinkable, lighter body but quite decent one.

12oz bottle pours a dark clear Amber/brown with a large khaki head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, and raisins. Taste similar to aroma with some wet papery yeast on the finish. Pretty sweet, better than I expected.
