A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. 11.8P

11.2oz bottle in a lager glass. Pours amber with a light beige head. Aroma of caramel and toffee from the malts and something really bad and light hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not the best beer, and I don’t think it’s a bad bottle.

I bought this beer in Domodossola. I drank it tonight in my flat in Lausanne. In my point of view, this beer is better than the green one. The body is brown copper, average carbonation, white foam. The taste is refresing, malty, corn, some hop, alcohol, few cynamon, average for the style.

Apr. ’15. A 0.5 l bottle from Ivana Trgovina shop, Split. It poured a clear red amber body with medium sized head. Lightly metallic caramel and other toasted malt aroma. Flavor was lightly sweet, caramel-driven, too, Medium bodied, sticky on palate with fine, elegant and only lightly smooth caramel finish. Somehow reminded me of my Genoa trip, maybe to "Rossa" beers there. Not spectacular, but a decent macro anyhow.
