Dorada cristalina. Espuma normal que desaparece rápido. Aroma malteado y cereal. Sabor algo metálico que esconde la malta. Pese al nombre rimbombante, peor que la normal.

tbonde (194) - DENMARK - JUN 6, 2015
66cl bottle@home in Menebrea glass@approx 6 degrees C. Pours clear pale golden with medium white head which subsides too quickly. Smell and taste of malts, bread and an unmistakable hint of corn, which I don’t like in lagers. Slightly bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Medium carbonation ok, but watery palate also subtracts. Love the estethics of Meanabrea, but the beer was such a disappointment that I did not finish the bottle.

Pours and clear golden colour with thin white head that disappear quite fast but keeps a nice lacing for awhile. Aroma is weak malt and grainy, flavour is pretty much the same as aroma. Low to medium carbonation with light body with a sweet and slightly bitter finish.

Tap@divino Espergærde. Clear golden. One finger. Good carbonation. White bread. Green grassy. Fresh. Quite bitter for a lager. Very dry. Not bad for a commercial beer.
