COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle; Filtered.
Ingredients: Malt; maize; hops.
A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. Pale yellow appearance; moderately light bodied; mild bitterness.

a grainy aroma from a light gold beer with a large foamy white head. a full grainy flavor in a pale lager is always appreciated so i can’t completely dislike this one. light body. fair.

66cl bottle purchased at supermarket in Como, Italy for 1.35 euro. Good for the price.

So pale it’s hardly there. Vanilla, pine and light kolschy fruit straight out of the bottle. I know it’s cheating and cheap to stick corn in your beers, but sometimes it imparts some pleasantly creamy flavours. And anyway, the maize is less apparent here than the noble hops. Fresh, grassy and uncomplicated, with way more (coniferous) hop presence than most beers of its ilk. I thought this was a pretty decent proper pilsner, and certainly not a pissy pale lager.

Bottle in Italy. Very thin and pale compared to their more premium efforts. There must be a domestic market for thin and cheap beers. But this is not the worst one!

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2008 Bottle. 2006 "vintage." Pours a clear yellowish green. Very fluffy and comforting white head. Aroma is fairly muted apples, corn. Flavor is cider, wheat, corn. Easy drinking, dry. Better than expected.

Bottle 0,33 l as Birra Dalla Storia El Che. Pale golden colored. A tiny white head. Unvaried malty taste. Disappointing. Thanks to my son Håvard for carrying this beer all the way from Rome. KI=0.

Bleh. Looks like a lite beer. Smells like a lite beer. Tastes like a lite beer. Did not sense any fruitiness as the description claims.
