Ingredients: Malt; maize; hops.
A well-balanced beer with a marked floral fruitiness coming through from the aromatic yeasts used in its production. Pale yellow appearance; moderately light bodied; mild bitterness.

33cl bottle at Etto in DC. Pours a clear blonde with some creamy, white head. Nose is starchy, not really malt, more just grist, some corn bread, light lemon. Flavor is like boiled pasta water, starchy, some white flour, just a like of lemon. Finishes dry. Overly simple.

Sampled from a 33cl bottle at the Hop House, Hong Kong. Golden colour, slightly darker than a typical lager. Not much aroma, but taste is of bread, honey and grass. Rather light and watery and with light bitterness. Not particularly memorable.

Another typical pale lager from a country that lacks a widespread tradition of brewing. Drinkable but not special.

Pin on-tap at Sweeney’s on the Park ,Glasgow (£3.10):
This one was quite an easy going but ultimately a disappointing pale lager that didn’t have the worst balance but just seemed far too light, almost weak. I really can’t see this one being a memorable beer, there was just so little going on with it and it failed to grab my attention at any point as I drank it.
