2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 cheapdark (2809) - Quiptown & Central Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 7, 2012
Mine does not say original, it says italia birra. Drank directly from a bottle and it looks like pale lager. Weird processed aroma. Sweeter, old lager feel with some interesting background, if I put it in a nice way. Pretty good sizzle. A little cagey at times, you know like wew. Its OK for 4.5% but it is a little rude for a pale lager. If alky content was any more, it may induce a gag reflex. It must be a little old, thats all I can figure. Not as good as some other pale lager italy beers I’ve had. Hey, I’m a pale lager liker and this is a little below average, I guess I would feel differently if it was fresh.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Cybercat (1735) - Georgia, USA - JAN 16, 2012
Pours a nice clear appetizing amber, though the white head is a bit scanty. Aroma is mainly fruity, pear and apple, with a malty undertone. Flavor has a good malty foundation and firm notes of apple and pear, not special but still satisfying. Mouthfeel has average body and a decent amount of tingle. For a pale lager, not too shabby.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 zestytaco (34) - Niceville, Florida, USA - JAN 3, 2012
Pours a pale yellow with decent head. The aroma consists mainly of grass/straw. The flavor starts out with the same grassy hints that were found in the aroma along with a surprising bit of hop bitterness. I wasn’t expecting much from this brew but I was proven wrong. This is a decent beer and one that would be nice on hot summer day.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20 birraiolo (66) - ITALY - OCT 30, 2011
Bottiglia da 33cl. Colore giallo oro molto limpido, schiuma di grana media non persistente. Al naso pochi i profumi solo un leggero malto, come anche al palato, gasatura abbondante.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Wolfbass (517) - Firenze, ITALY - OCT 28, 2011
In compagnia fra uno stuzzichino e l’altro, vi dirò che proprio male non era, forse un pò troppo carbonata per i miei gusti, ma colore e aroma non sono disprezzabili.

bottle, 0.66cl. Classic lager with good foam, not excessive. Starts bitter, with simple but pleasant taste, quite balanced. Finishes less bitter with lot of vanilla. Not complex, but very good value for money for 1.3€.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 JaKeAFC (156) - ITALY - JUL 3, 2011
0.66 bottle brewed at Forst plant. Similar to Forst Premium, focusing on herbs. Poured into a frozen small mug, appears very pale yellow, thin and fine white head (started very creamy, maybe because of extremely low temperature). Nose is mostly herbs, hops, like a pilsener. Light malt, corn predominance, sweet hops. Tastes a bit salty, moderate bitter finish. Medium carbonation, thin body, dry feel. A bit flat but refreshing and perfect during meals. Like Forst and Castello, this is the best of Italian industrial production.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Maverick34 (1322) - New York, USA - JUN 30, 2011
Bottled. Grass & grain, a tolerable pale lager better than most you’ll find from these parts.
