Cloudy golden color with small head, short retention. I expected a breadish aroma, instead there is some lactic, and light acetone; sour but not pungent, and without Bretts. The mouthfeel is not too dry, the acidity level is moderate, it has flavor of yeast, light bread, light lemon peel; balanced final, quite fresh.
Clearly an homebrew attempt at brewing Lambic; it would be a sour beer, not a Lambic (as the currently assigned style); although the curiosity of drinking a sourdough beer is satisfied.

05/05/2013 Ma che siete a fà (375ml bottle). Ambrata, limpida, schiuma leggerissima, virtualmente assente, con bolle grossolane, che scompare rapidamente. Naso magnifico, sentori di pasta lievita e frutta, un bel carattere vinoso. In bocca è leggermente acida, molto morbida e discreta, forse un po’ leggerina. Corpo esile, carbonazione bassa. Lambic di buona fattura, pulito e dalla ottima beva, ma manca un po’ di carattere.

Pale yellow, no head. Acetic acid and little cereal malt aroma. Light body and light sweet, finish in light sourness, not invadent... beer is light and so drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color ith a white head. Has a fruity sour funky aroma. Fruity sour tart funky citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky finish.

Tasted @hotel's room in Roma, bought in the Birra+ Roma. Pours of a lovely, crystal clear amber color w no head. Absolutely flat, no carbonation at all. Aroma is medium, pleasant grassy/yeasty notes mixed with some vinegar tones. Taste is modestly sour, but intensly vinegary - very drinkable, even with no carbonation. Non male si! Per essere fatta da italiani direi che segue bene i classici canoni dello stile! Nulla di eccezzionale intediamoci, però si fa bere con piacere!

Bottle at Ma Che, Trastevere, Roma thanks to Manuelle- 02/10/12. Clear golden with no head. Sour lemon nose, light vinegar and a little piss. Sour lemon in the taste and other citrus tones. Medium bodied with a dry tarte slightly warming finish. Decent easy drinking lambic.

Light unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, baking yeast, tart, herbs - grass, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120613]

[ Courtesy of Manuele ]. [ Vintage 2011 ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy tart, barnyard, grape. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic, light bitter with a long duration, tart citrus, good balanced, dry, grape - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20121216]

Bottle at yespr. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma with notes of oak. Light acidic flavour of grapes with notes of oak. Tart finish of grapes.

Bottled. Light golden coloured. Unclear. No head. Aroma of light earth, light sweetness, grape. Flavour of earht, light sourness, grape. Medium bodied. ends on a light sour note.
