COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hoppy double kolsch!
Casinista e stupidotto!

Bottle in my hotel room, Trastevere, from Johnny’s II - 10/02/14. Hazed orange with a moderate off white head that stays for the show. Nose is light citrics, peach, toasty malt, grassy, bitter orange, faint soap. Taste comprises orange pith, light hop bill, straw, earthy pangs, hint more of that soapyness. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so, not true to style, more veering towards an APA with the hop presence, the soap also lets it down a little but doesn’t make it a chore to drink,.

Hazy and pale with nice stable head. Aroma fairly subtle but crisp and hoppy. Taste hoppy and clean, with grainy background.

Bottled at "Birranti in Fiera" 2013 - Cacinato (BS). Nice clear and hazy yellow pale color, medium bubbly aspect with long head duration. Fresh cereals and malt aroma, little spiced nose with rumors of hop and yeast. Discreet crisp body, a little acidulous mouth with poor bitter end. Unbalanced final.
