In profumo di santità
Generosamente luppolata, radiosa, prodiga di bevibilità, offre intense e variegate note vegetali, che maturano in fiore, frutto fresco, agrume, miele. Dal tappeto erbaceo freschissimo emergono speziature tenui. L’amaro finale è una goccia di pioggia, sul luppolo della chiesetta di San Dalmazzo. In profumo di natura.

San Dalmazzo è una chiesetta di campagna, isolata, dove da ragazzi ci si appartava a “raccogliere luppolo”…

È birra chiara dorata carica, ad alta fermentazione, caratterizzata dall’uso di luppoli aromatici (tedeschi, cechi, americani) e dal lievito belga.

GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp. Minerals. Light dry malts. Lemon and a pinch of herb. Dry floral bitterness. Light crisp finish. Tasty but dry.

Sampled from bottle @ ChrisO after GBBF day 3. Clear slightly pale yellow color, decent sized fair lacing white head. Aroma is lightly malts, lightly yeasty, some herbs and spices. Taste lightly malts, again yeasty and herbs or spices, lightly bitter, a slight hint of citrus. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is herbal, hoppy. Bitter, estery and light fruity. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter and dry estery into the finish.
