Deep golden amber in color, our Oktoberfest is brewed with generous blends of imported malt and hops. This Limited Edition Lager is delightfully balanced and very smooth. A perfect complement to autumn!

Aroma of noble hop and light caramel. Indeed a deep amber color. The white head flattened rather rapidly. Medium bodied with mild, but biting, carbonation. Slightly fruity, lightly sweet malt. Could be floral hop. The finish is pretty dry, and there’s enough bitter for balance. None of which makes the point that this is fresh, fruity, clean. It’s pretty darn good.

(bottle - 12 oz) Amber/orange color with a thin off-white head. Aroma is dominated by floral hops with a light malt sweetness coming through at the end. A little unusual for an oktoberfest. Flavor is a bland and boring malt and hop mix. Finishes watery and slightly malty. Not a bad beer, just nothing special.

A decent oktoberfest. Nothing too remarkable. Definitely a good beer, but nothing that really stands out.

Bottle. Poured deep amber, tan bubbly head, that quickly dissipates. Aroma of toasted malts, dusty. Flavor of sweet, toasted malts and caramel. No hop bitterness. Smooth. Light bodied. Dry Finish.

Thanks to JK for sharing. Standard gold color for an oktoberfest. Light roasted malt aroma, but stronger than most. Hoppy finish.

Bottle; Deep amber with orange hue with a tan head that becomes a film. Straight forward, simple aroma of toasty and spicy malts. Light bodied, with a mild spicy malt character dominating. Some toasted sweet pale malt suggestions come through, with a low hop bitterness. Lacking body overall. Simple, uninteresting, then again I’m a touch critic with this particular style.

Pours with a bright, copper body, minimally carbonated, under a short, fluffy head which is off-white in color and fades rather quickly to scummy islands. While the head is intact, dusty, lemony/floral hops waft to the nose. Afterwards, I get a deeper sense of the sweet and roasty malts beneath. Flavor is well balanced with equal parts lemongrass and caramel. The finish, too, is bittersweet with a lash of Continental hops before a dash of saccharine. Not bad, but I tend to prefer more aggressive malts in my Marzens.

Another one from JK. Copper color with no head. Floral hop aroma. Fairly sweet malt taste that has a bit of Noble hop bitterness towards the finish. Simple but decent.

Draft @ Keegan Ales brewery/restaurant. Aroma is faintly aged biscuit malts, burnt and toasty. Some cheap corn in there as well, light woody. Taste is so damn plain and uninteresting basic O’fest with some light candy sugar sweetness. Finishes with low bitterness, average carbonation, and a light medium body.
