greenleaf (83), Florida, USA Nov 28, 2007 Bottle: dark brown pour, very small tanish brown head, quickly dissapates. Smells of medium roasted malt and coffe. Not much on the palate. A decent coffe flavor but acidic after taste.
GreatLibations (1260), Sasquatcho, Arizona, USA Aug 22, 2008 Pours next to black with a tall lasting head. Moderately roasted aromas. Medium full nectar with a silky texture and minimal effers. It’s a mild stout and easy to put down. The roast is mellow and has defined flavors of roasted coffee bean. The finish is dry. thoramel (37), USA Aug 16, 2008 From a sampler pack. A good representation of a basic stout. Has a decent head with a pleasant malty aroma. The taste has all the elements of a good stout but is just a little watery. This is the best beer from the sampler and makes me want to try some of their better beers. TikiE (335), Sylva, North Carolina, USA Aug 14, 2008 Bottled: Thanks JTiki for the rate! Pours a dark color with a fine tan lacing, looks a little like coca cola. Tastes a bit burnt with malts. Ok beer! Collint (323), Sylva, North Carolina, USA Aug 14, 2008 Bottle, pours a black beer with a light head. Aroma is burnt smelling like malt. Flavor is roasty and choco. Pretty weird but good. Nik925 (92), California, USA Aug 11, 2008 Good balance of burnt malt and hop flavors, has an odd aftertaste of tap water. fundamental problems with taste.. somethings wrong with this one.
