Had this beer at Mad Mex in Oakland. This is a really great beer on tap. Big sweet malt entry, then finishes with a well balanced hop, not to floral and not too bitter. Nice head, copper color with slight haze.

Sep 27, 2008 12 oz bottle from variety pack. Haven’t seen this NY brew around before, so tried the variety pack. I went with the strong ale first... amber color, little to no head, smooth and strong. Not bad at all.

Sep 21, 2008 Pours a hazy orange color with thin white head. Very little aroma, with maybe a hint of fruitiness. Flavor is equally nondescript--some light citrus and hop flavors, but nothing overpowering. Watery mouthfeel with no real bite. Would be a good lawnmower beer, but it’s really just kind of there.

Sep 9, 2008 Clear amber pour with a medim foamy head that lasts a while. Roasty caramel malt and citrus hops in the aroma and flavor. A bit more sweetness than bitterness, but still pretty well balanced. Not bad.
