does not count pijiuduzi (8), Beijing, China May 3, 2008 Definitely a bang for your buck. a fairly delicious satisfying ale with 8% ABV. A 6-pack of this and good friends definitely leads to good times.
RunDWP (158), San Jose, California, USA Sep 1, 2008 Bottle. Floral, grapefruity aroma. Pours a hazy burnt orange in the glass. Nice, balanced and complex flavor of malt, grapefruit, orange peel. Can’t really taste the alcohol. Seems more like an IPA than a strong ale. astrofrk (41), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Aug 30, 2008 Copper. Small, fast head. Aroma: Caramel, fruit. Flavor: Lots of Caramel, citris hops, sweet. Dry, grassy finish. pjarnold81 (4), Edgewater, Florida, USA does not count Aug 28, 2008 Clear amber pour with a thin off-white head that dissipated quickly. Lightly carbonated. Sweet malts and a hint of citrus on the nose. Very sweet caramel malt flavors with very little hint of hops. Not enough hops to balance the malt flavors. Dry finish with lingering flavors on the side of the tongue. ucusty (1062), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Aug 26, 2008 Amber pour with an off white head. Sweet malts and citrus on the nose. Sweet tangy alc. flavour. Caramel and toasted malt but a little thin on the palate and not enough hop to balance out the malt and alc flavours for me.
