Amber with medium head. Lightly toasted malt with caramel and a little sweetness. OK session beer with decent bitterness...it is what it is.

Sep 6, 2008 Bottle in Miami. Dark amber with a thin head. Light hop scent, some malt notes and light fruitiness. Nice hops. None of the vanilla flavour I get in so many "ambers". Enjoyable fruitiness to go with the hops. Tasty beer.

does not count  Sep 3, 2008 Fruity aroma and poured a reddish copper color with a small amount of head. Light hoppiness, can taste caramel. Overall a great beer to have on hand.

Aug 27, 2008 Reddish gold in color with a small head. Molasses, biscuit malts, cranberry, and alcohol in the aroma. Strong molasses, malty, bread, and light hops for a flavor. carbonated body. Sorta boring with to much molasses.

Aug 25, 2008 12oz bottle served in a stem glass. Copper body topped by a thin layer of foam. Smells like grape jelly, odd. Grape carries into the flavor along with some doughy malt and fruitiness. Metallic taste in the finish. I don’t know if someone at the brewery played a prank but if not this is some odd stuff.
