COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This inimitable ale resonates with a chorus of vibrant aroma chords. The first note is the aromatic symphony of wheat and barley malt, counterpointed with a naughty hint of spice. The second movement echoes with tones of floral and citrus hops, followed by a vivacious vibrato in which the exotic key lime takes this White Ale to a magnificent crescendo of taste. Leonine-like straw gold in look and an enigmatic subtle yeast haze makes this opus, pitch perfect in body and soul. Key Lime orchestrates a composition that compliments the traditional spicy, bready middle adding grace to a finish that is clean and bright. And as the harmony ebbs, you will feel an urge to replay this refrain. Allow yourself, for it is only natural to do so.

12 oz bottle Clear golden body; lots of visible carbonation. Feel: very crisp, lively carbonation. Medium body is surprisingly ful for style. Spicy aroma. Flavorful with a bit too much coriander; Some lime peel flavor; spicy; mildly bitter; fanitly tart.

From bottle. Pours very cloudy straw colored with thick white head that dissipates quickly. You can smell the nice yeast spice and coriander but not much of the lime. The key lime comes through a little more in the taste finish. The beer is like a hybrid saison and Belgian white. A little more yeasty and spicy and fuller bodies than a standard Belgian white. Due to the thicker body, this would not be the best session beer although it is very refreshing and non offensive. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Clear, light head and golden. Funky, cloves, spice and pale malt flavors. It’s weird but there’s that strange North Coast and Mendo bre wise smell. Also a rodent piss edge. Dry, slightly sour and low bitterness. Moderate CO2. Medium low intensity on the palate. Short to moderate length. Funky beer. Not really dirty but not refreshing or attractive. They claim coriander on the label but it looks more like Basil or Cloves.

Bottle: cloudy yellow pour with medium sized white head that quickly fades. Aroma is malt, caramel, bubblegum, citrus, and wheat. Flavor is lime, caramel, wheat, and some tart grass. Starts honey-caramel sweet with a lime tartness, and finishes with a grass-grain bitter. Interesting flavors, easy drinking, I rather like this beer.
