12 oz bottle courtesy of Beastiefan2k. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a big white fluffy meringue head. The aroma is spicy with pepper, thyme, soap and a bit of citrus. The flavor is citrusy-soapy with a bit of funk. The mothfeel is full and malty. The finish is long and slightly sour with lemons. Overall: A very interesting wit, and a good summer beer at that. Recommended.

Nice label. Gold brew with scent of spices, honey, lemon, and a little skank. Taste of wheat, lemon, and clove, with a citrus aftertaste. Has a certain homebrew character to it. Enjoyable, but not fabulous - I have had better from this brewer.

12oz bottle. New "White Ale" label. Slightly unpleasant artificial wheat aroma. Excellent thick, yeasty appearance. Wheat, mild citrus and vanilla flavors collide. Not a perfect example of the style, but I think it has more character than your typical American Wit. Lemony watery smooth finish.

Pours a slightly hazy yellowish-orange., with a white head. Aroma is slighlty spicey with notes of lemon and orange. Flavor is moderately spicey with some low levels of hops.

Godlen with good finger thick white head. Nose is of spices and orange peel. Fizzy, arome has notes of coriander, wheat and orange peel, with the sourness of citrus and yeast. Had many sediments floating in the bottle.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine. Pours one fingernail of white head with a solid, hazy-golden body and tight webs of lacing. Aromas include cream-of-wheat and subtle citrus. Flavors are rich with spices like coriander, cinnamon, and orange peel. Zesty and yeasty; slightly sour with a tart, dry finish. Thin/medium body and medium/high carbonation. This is a tasty and refreshing witbier. Very good. After trying a bottle, I will surely be returning for a six-pack.

Very milky pale yellow with a 1cm thick bleached head. The aroma is somewhat fecal...bad pedio infection on this one...with light citrus and abundant marshmallow malts. The palate is spritzy with lots of coriander spiciness atop fluffy marshmallow. Fecal presence remains, albeit more subdued.
