The body was hazy straw yellow with a bright white head. Smells of cloves and old potatoes. There is a little bit of lemon zest. A very highly carbonated body with some orange peels and coriander. There was a little bit of woody character, but the citrus sweetness blew right past that wood. Decent for the style. TheBeerGod (3177), Newport News, Virginia, USA

Nose is wheat, light citrus, clove, and yeast. Taste leans towards being too yeasty and wheaty. The spice is there but seems more in the background. The citrus notes are almost gone as I drink this. The body is light-medium with some creaminess. Finishes with more wheat and yeast notes and light spice. However, there’s some lemony dryness towards the end. It’s not bad, but could/should be improved. Hopistotle420 (1178), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA

Starts out clean, sweet, wheat, spice, orange, citrus, light in body, finishing with a subtle sweetness, faint yeast. Not too special as far as I am concerned. kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Looks very much like the Unibroue Blanche de Chambly I poured for a customer today, except for the tiny head.
Sweet aroma, big orange and coriander / clove (?), appealing, but definitely only for those who favor fruit.
Nice landing on the mouth, too, good wheat texture, well-played on the palate.
Rather dry, this one, and much appreciated. Taste is very well-balanced mix of citrus and spice, no one more than the other. Very quenching, just dry enough in the finish to maintain harmony.
Lightish bodied, with a delicate finish, fine drinkability. Headbanger (1601), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Aroma of citrus, orange, and spices. Taste of this light bodied brew comes across with flavors of the same along with some cleaning solution. Not the best wit in the world but would of liked to drink it fresh. xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA

Aroma is big spice with yeast, wheat and very dried out. The flavor is more orange and fruit centered then spice or yeast but the malt sweetness is off-dry but finishes sweet. Medium body with good carbonation. Not bad, thanks again Gerrit. slimchill (788), Austin, Texas, USA

Cloudy, very pale yellow with good thin white head. Opens with coriander and becomes very muddled before fading into a tart citrus finish. Full-bodied with very little carbonation. Lacking in many respects.
