3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from 12 oz. bottle to English pint glass. Very dark brown to black. Large creamy/rocky light brown long-lasting head with great lacing. Moderate malty smell with light yeast and no discernible hops. Pleasant cookie aroma that carried to the flavor. Starts and ends sweet with a medium creamy body and soft mouthfeel.

Great beer. One of my favorite oatmeal stouts. Dark black color, full bodied. Hints of chocolate and coffee. Great beer for coffee lovers.

This is a very nice beer. It is very smooth but full-bodied at the same time. It went really well with our burgers. Nice hearty coffee flavors that went down a little too easy. I will definitely purchase this beer again. I look forward to drinking it again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle poured a super dark brown color with a one finger frothy brown head that melted back to a solid ring. Aroma has coffee, dark chocolate, and a bit of dusty oats. Mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation average. Flavor is a bit thin for me overall but all the flavors are there. Mild roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee bitterness, and again light oats. Very much session strength.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ some house as part of pre-gaming festivities (yes, Iím this much of a loser). Dark brown pour with a khaki head. The nose isnít so bad. Roast, cocoa, and some coffee. Light buttered graham cracker sweetness. Flavor is a bit sweeter than expected. Graham cracker and a bit of butterscotch. Roasted malt, cocoa, and coffee. Certainly could do worse.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured black with a thin mocha head. Very little aroma and the taste was heavy in the roasted coffee department. Light fizz made this a very smooth and refreshing stout.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Another winter seasonal I'm trying to drink way too late. I get the idea... Roasty, coffee and at one time less fizz/more body.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Great stout pour - nearly black with a thin mocha head. Aroma is a slightly faint for the style. The taste is malty with a roasty undertone. Itís not bad but a little dry on the finish. Itís solid but nothing makes this outstanding.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft @ Sunset Grill. Pint glass shows a nice thick tan head that laced until the black liquid was finished. Aroma is all roasted malt. Flavor is lightly sweet with some coffee bean bitterness, light amount of oat flakes and some sweet chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium leaning on the light side, pretty creamy texture and smooth. Overall, my only complaint is that it isnít thicker. Could use more oatmeal but still a very easy drinking stout.
