Lowenbrau (1729) - Asturias, Oviedo, SPAIN - NOV 30, 2013
330ml bottle from 1420. Pours flat (even poured from certain distance), a bit hazy dark gold. No head formation nor retention, no lacing. Malty, phenol, sweet aromas. Taste is residual sugars, malty. Seems more to be a must rather than a fermented beer. Hope for the sake of the brewery this is a bad batch (expiry date 12/2013).

Buena y rica cerveza "da terriña", cerveza más que aceptable, con bonito color y buen equilibrio entre cuerpo y alcohol.

Botella. Amber colour, hazy. Unpleasant herbal fruity maltish aroma. Flavour is sweet and herbal fruitish like with something maltish smokish unplesant.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, and spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenols, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
