Pours a dark copper color with a small head that dades to bits of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and grain. Taste of roasted malt, and some grain. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Moderate body. smooth with a light creamy texture. Not a bad beer, just nothing to get excited about.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 MarkMaclean (15) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 20, 2012
Bottled. Deep brown, no head, malty taste, a bit like a like stout. Not sure this is the right beer though... App couldn't find the bar code. This one brewed by The Old Fart Brewing Company, Yorkshire, England.

Not bad at all. Dark colour, not much head, fruity and slightly burned taste. Bought a couple of bottles for my father-in-law.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Mjollnir (366) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - FEB 6, 2011
500mL bottle. Pours clear golden brown with a small head that settles. Light floral hops on the nose with a little malt and toast. The flavour’s malty but not overly sweet with a little acidity and a bit of a burnt flavour. Light-medium bodied, soft carbonation but it still manages to develop a decent creamy texture on the palate, drying in the finish.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 hallzee (46) - Gold Coast, AUSTRALIA - JAN 13, 2011
500ml bottle pored into a mug(due to all glasses being smashed from heavy sessionry) not too strong on the nose but in the mouth full flavours of toffee and caramel are present. The low carbonation makes it quite sessionable and one bottle leaves me wanting more.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Threepwood (107) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 10, 2010
Copper/amber in the glass with a thin persistent head. Caramel & toffee smells (nice). Nice malty flavours with a smooth mouthfeel, lingering bitterness in the finish. A little alcohol bite perhaps? In all a sessionable beer without being earth shattering.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 madquacker (950) - Canberra ACT, AUSTRALIA - MAY 8, 2010
Nice deep brown caramel tastes. Sweet but with a big grippy finish. Very nice beer. I am guessing this is the beer in Australia called Old Fart due to the number of Oz entries.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 mickmac (481) - Ngunnawal, AUSTRALIA - FEB 13, 2010
Bottle. Pours with a large off white head over a clear brown amber body. Aroma of fresh bread, caramel and with a piney hops notes. Toasty bread-citrus pine taste with both bitterness and sweetness evident in the finish. Medium to full bodied. Nice.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 BeerChaser0078 (909) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - DEC 20, 2009
Bottle. Clear, dark amber pour with a bubbly white head that doesn’t last too long. Aroma has notes of caramel, mineral and grassy hops as well as a hint of soap. Flavour is almost the same except the maltiess is stronger and the hops seem a little fruitier. Medium to light body, with minimal carbonation and a short, mildly bitter finish. An ok beer overall but nothing special.
