Pours a cloudy dark amber with a thin head. Carbonation is lacking. Malty fruity aroma. Flavours of honey/caramel moving to weak coffee with a mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to moderate. Overall an okay beer but a long way from good.

Bottle. Clear amber with a coat of off-white head. Aroma of boiled sweets, pears, light spices. Rather lifeless. Bittersweet with toffee, some vague fruit, a touch of blood. Dully bitter and a little spicy at the end. Just about OK.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottled. Deep brown, no head, malty taste, a bit like a like stout. Not sure this is the right beer though... App couldn't find the bar code. This one brewed by The Old Fart Brewing Company, Yorkshire, England.
