Oct 29, 2006 on tap-pours an off white head and slightly hazy gold color. Aroma is sweet medium malt, syrupy, alcohol. Taste is sweet medium malt, alcohol. Slight hop bite but can’t pick up hops in taste. Mild carbonation.

Sep 24, 2006 Draft 6 oz’er at the brewpub, 9/18/06: Deep amber with a medicinal malty aroma. Sweet and sugary with a nice bitter bite to finish it.
