Flavors match the caramel aroma with additional nuttiness. Medium palate. Almost like a light sherry. Almost a cherry flavor develops from the alcohol in this one. Aromas of roasted malt, mild dark fruit and some mustiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruit and a hint of smoke with a smooth lingering bittersweet finish.
