Jul 9, 2008 (Draught at the brewpub on 2008-07-02) Copper coloured and clear. Medium-sized dense white head. Metallic malty nose. Medium palate with little carbonation. Metallic taste. Also, malts, some sweetness, lightly hops, some caramell and hint of liquorice. Still not good.

Jun 17, 2008 On tap at Messrs Maguire in Dublin. Pours a deep ruby, copper red with a creamy, thick white head. Nose is sweet, malty, slight spice and a little metal. Flavor is sweet, bready with some cookie dough. Creamy on the tongue and easy to drink.

May 28, 2008 Tap. Nice creamy lasting head. Red brown body. Light and very fresh aroma. Canned pears and ice cream. Fruity and sweet flavour. Not bad, but maybe just a tad too sweet in the finish. (Messrs. Maguire Pub, Dublin, 05.05.08)
