Beautiful red-amber color; creamy head. Sugars aroma, covering the rest, then some hops come to the surface. Smooth mouthfeel, some malt flavor, sweet liquorice traces, correct bitterness. Pleasant.

Sep 28, 2007 Cask@SBWF2007. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is really flowery hops along with some fruityness and caramel. Flavour i squite much the same, but is slightly watery in the palate. Aftertaste has fruity hops and slight spicyness in it.
