UPDATED: FEB 1, 2006 I could expect more from a home brewed Weiss Beer, but this was a little too soft, and the weath flavor was almost abscent from there.

Cask at GBBF. Slightly hazy gold beer. Fresh well hopped wheat beer. Grassy and slightly spicy hops. Refreshing!

Hazy golden coloured with a small white head.
Fruity aroma of hay and spices with notes of caramel.
Fruity flavour of cloves and bananas with notes of hops.
Fruity finish.

Wow! First Bavarian style wheat beer I have enjoyed like this. Pours a nice straw gold with a fruity aroma and hints of caramel. Great body and mouthfeel.

Nose is banana, little Apple, hay, soap, feel and carb are medium, taste is heavy banana, lemon, elderflower, finish is sweet hops

Orange brumeuse, col blanc.
Arôme d’esters donnant un nez fruité de banane, levure allemande avec une touche citronnée.
En bouche, une bière facile à déguster avec le profile typique d’une Hefe allemande sans pour cela révolutionner le style.
Le palais offre une petite touche supplémentaire de levure, aspect épicé et salin que j’avais noté précédemment, le tout avec une légère touche de malt caramel;

Cloudy light amber. The aroma is full of banana and little else. Sweetish banana with a light tartness. There’s just something missing.

Draft @ brewpub. Cloudy orange with patterns forming in the head. Aroma of banana. Sweet and sticky, but all-round decent for what it is.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a cloudy straw color and smells of citrus and lightly spicy yeast. The flavor is sweet with light citrus notes. Bubbly, refreshing, and bland.

On tap at the brewpub. Appearance: cloudy orange with a proud white head. Aroma: decent lemon rind aroma at first, lots of yeast and mango. Flavour: mildly yeasty with a nice lemon rind bite, quite soft on the palate. Very refreshing. Great Hefe & a joy to drink in Dublin!

Draught at the Brewery in Dublin. Relatively clear German type, somewhere between a hefeweizen and a Kristal. Decent wheat and yeast aroma. High carbonation. Sweetish flavor, rather thin. Refreshing and easy to drink but not very distinctive.
