Cask @ Easter Beer Festival, Franciscan Well. Light yellow and cloudy with a medium sized head. Fragrant estery aroma. Fruity, slightly citric flavour with a corriander finish. Pretty good interpretation of a hefe.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2008-07-02) Pale yellow. Cloudy. Weak white head. Citrus aromas in sour and yeasty nose. Light palate with little carbonation. Citrus, yeast, little bit malts in taste. Weak witbier, far from good hefeweizen.

On tap at Messrs Maguire in Dublin. Pours a hazy, straw gold with a thin white head. Aroma is cloves, banana, chewy wheat and pineapple. Flavor is sickly fruity with clove, banana and pineapple. Finish is flat and slightly chalky. A bit of a miss.

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges, malt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty with strong notes of oranges, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
