Hazy orange amber color, small white head. Yeasty and spicey aroma (cloves). Slightly acidic flavor. Some clove and orange peels. Interesting Dutch beer. Not maybe the beer to have second time, but ok.

May 14, 2008 Bottled. Hazy orange colourwith mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, some ginger and flowery hops. Flavour is quite earthy and yeasty with some herbal, fruity and mild wooden sourness.

Feb 15, 2008 Bottle@Home. Lots of spices in the aroma, mainly ginger. Light hazy, dark yellow/amber color, beige head, good lace. Sweet, ginger, are there any hops in there?, cookie, bit thin. Not a bad brew but kind of week.

Dec 25, 2007 Dunno who is the real brewer. Proef? Orange color, hazy. Orange and nutmeg in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish, spicy. Just a bit thin. Some flowers in the aftertaste. Decent.
