Cask at Franciscan Well Winter Ale Festival. A - interesting asparagus, grass, hay. A - amber, foamy cream head. T - lots of green veg, grass, light bitter hops. P - light-medium body, lingering sourness, some slight off flavours. O - very interesting, but a little underwhelming. Will have to try it again though.

From cask by hand-pump at NWAF ’13, shared with Finn. Fading white, bubbly head leaving spotty lacing down the glass. Clear amber body. Smell of earthy malts, hints of caramel. Flavoured with tropical fruits, moments of spices and half-sweet malts follow by a short, bittersweet tail. Rather thin on the swallow. Acceptable (Manchester, 25.01.2013).

Mid brown ale with almost no head. Has a fruity aroma and a similar but more soured taste. Thin body.

Cask conditioned at the Bull & Castle, Dublin. Nice reddish amber colour with decent and lasting off white head. Aroma is a nice hit of citrus fruit, mango, passionfruit, floral notes and light caramel. Taste is full of nice sharp citrus notes; plenty of tropical fruit character in there as well as decent deep caramel and bready malt note. Medium/dry aftertaste with lingering citric/tropical - full of flavour and highly sinkable, hope they make more of this.
