Tap at Bull & Castle, Dublin: Blonde coloured brew with an fine thirstquenching taste and there is somewhat annoying gingerness too.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at Hilden Fest 2012 - 25/08/12.
Clear amber blonde with a thin white head which soon thins.
Nose of ginger, rhubarb and sweet malt.
Tastes largely follow the nose with a little zingy citrus leading to a bittersweet finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Lightly cloudy orange. Tiny white head. Aroma: Ginger and a little lactose, hoppy with some sweetness. Flavour: Ginger, not overpoweringly so, doesn't tingle my throat, refreshing lemon notes, malty with a hoppy finish. Good!

Pours a lightly carbonated medium gold with slight gingerbread aroma. Malt sweetness but quite low ginger in taste, hopefully more in the next batch!
