Cask at ICBF 13. Pours a chocolate brown with a beige head. Aroma is coffee, cocoa and hay. Taste is medium sweetness, with very light bitterness. Smooth chocolatey aftertaste. Deliciously creamy and flavoursome. Metalman should do dark beers more often!

Draught. Dark brown to black with a thin head, excellent lacing. Thin dark fruity aroma. Flavour is liquorice, dark fruit, dry light burnt malt. First casuals were disappointing but it really grew as you go through it.
