Draft at the Salt House in Galway with Linh. Pours a clear golden body with spotty, white lacing. Aroma is light hops. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing with notes of light citrus fruit and a subdued hop bitterness. A nice sessionable pale.

Slightly hazed copper orange in colour - not a pale ale in my book!
Sweet malt nose leaning towards caramel.
Tastes a little of ripe tangy fruit with a bitter sweet finish, medium body with a commensurate level of carbonation.

Appearance: Cloudy orange, small white head.
Aroma: wonderful hoppiness, sharp, pine, lemon rind, wow, cat piss (the good kind) lovely. Flavour: bitter hops, nice and sharp pine, tangy too with a long bitter finish. Lovely !

Half a pint from tap at the Porterhouse in Dublin. Clear golden with a (small) white head. Spicy aroma (cardamom?) with hops, some fruit and notes of metal. A bit metallic taste with some bitterness, not so pleasant, a bit strange. Hints of citrus in the flavour. Lightly bitter finish with hints of spices. Ok beer, but nothing special. (2011-06-11)
