2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from the World Market mix pack. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat sweet malt, with grain and an odd milk-sugar note that I only expect in milk stouts. Flavor is a typical somewhat sweet, malty pale lager. Not bad for the style.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Big offwhite shiny head leaves lacing as it slowly subsides. Brass body. Grassy rubbery aroma with milky sugar notes. Dry-acidic grainy rubbery taste with milky notes. Aftertaste is cardboard with hoppy traces. Thin body, harsh mouthfeel. Sweetish unclean background. Yuck! (0.33l bottle, Centra, Oslo.)

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Seriously, you may have to go to the Alsatian region of France to get this beer, you just canít trust an importer to get you a fresh one. I tried this beer for the first time in Koln, then came back 8 months later and went to the brewery. I drank this beer on tap and out of a bottle. Meteor has a wonderful nose, followed by an amazing carmelly middle that finishes with an aromatic fruity hoppiness perfectly blended with more caramel in the finish. Just amazing. I have not found another beer that even comes close to this flavor. Completely unique and again, if you can get some fresh, it is the best beer in the world.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Light grassy aroma. Ok, itís a lager. Brassy gold color with a white head that leaves. After the carbonation is out of the way there is a light malty sweetness. There is a bit of hop, but the malt dominates the finish. Sort of a musty aspect in the long finish. It is different. Way better than Bud. Which is damning with faint praise.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from World Market. Pours a medium golden color. Aroma is like that of burnt grains. Bitter grainy flavors. A little bit of skunk. Getting dangerously close to tasing like a U.S. macro.

25 cl bottle. I poured the beer, and immediately thought, this smells French. Itís grassy and a little bit malty. The color was pale yellow with a medium white head that didnít last very long. The flavor was like a sweet apple juice. The mouthfeel was thick and sticky. Overall, it wasnít great.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottled, 250 ml. Pale yellow with short white head. Light, cardboardy eurofizz. A little crisp malt but little else to write about. Boiled off note on the finish.
