2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Got this out of the Beer of the World pack from World Market. Light colored beer will a sweet taste. Thick head the quickly disapates. Not bad but probably won’t try again.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Light grassy aroma. Ok, it’s a lager. Brassy gold color with a white head that leaves. After the carbonation is out of the way there is a light malty sweetness. There is a bit of hop, but the malt dominates the finish. Sort of a musty aspect in the long finish. It is different. Way better than Bud. Which is damning with faint praise.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from World Market. Pours a medium golden color. Aroma is like that of burnt grains. Bitter grainy flavors. A little bit of skunk. Getting dangerously close to tasing like a U.S. macro.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
25 cl bottle. I poured the beer, and immediately thought, this smells French. It’s grassy and a little bit malty. The color was pale yellow with a medium white head that didn’t last very long. The flavor was like a sweet apple juice. The mouthfeel was thick and sticky. Overall, it wasn’t great.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottled, 250 ml. Pale yellow with short white head. Light, cardboardy eurofizz. A little crisp malt but little else to write about. Boiled off note on the finish.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
UPDATED: AUG 26, 2005 (Bottle 25 cl) Label simply says "Meteor" at 4,6% ABV. Fully golden with a nice, dense head. Pronounced malt and hops in the nose, but not really very bitter. Light and quenching with soft, malty flavours - and nothing much more. 140201

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Hmm..amber coloured, with a small but persistent head. The first sip suprised me, it was bitter, with some unidentifiable, but survivable flavor, which went nicely with the assault of bitteness. So I was quite optimistic when I went to finish the bottle. The optimism soon faded... the next few sips revealed just the bitterness with absolutely no flavor, just a bit of lemony sourness and some hints of caramel near the end. I might have it again...

0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20
aka Meteor Lager
Corn sweet skunky aroma, light chemical bitterness. Medium amber clear with visible carbonation, white foamy head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Starts with a little sweetness, no acidity or bitterness. Grainy corn bitter finish, odd after. Pretty poor beer.

Rather flat pilsener. A bit malt sweetness.
